# This is self volunteer group for all educated tribals who wants to take effort to develope our community for future competetions

– Connect the tribal professionals from different professions & locations
– Create knowledge pool with the help of connected peopels to help/guide rural students
– To bring together all individuals, groups, organizations and initiatives that believe in innovation and development of tribals, and To translate their energies into achievements that impact the way and quality of life and society
– Share knowledge & experience to students & new commers in profession
– Guide/help rural students for there career & education
– Keep update about future trends & competetions in career to rural students
– Make aware rural students for latest teachnology & life style

# Presently Our base of operations is at Thane rural Area [ Dahanu, Talasari, Javhar, Palghar, Mokhada, Vikramgadh, Vasai, Wada], if we recieve postive responce form other area we will happy to work through out India

० हे एक सुशिक्षित आदिवासी तरूण जे आपल्या समाजा च्या उन्नति साठि काहि करण्यास उत्सुक आहेत, अशाणि एकत्र येउन बनवलेले व्यासपिठ आहे.
० आपले ध्येय –
– विविध क्षेत्रातिल आणि विविध ठिकाणाहुन सुशिक्षित आदिवसी ना एकत्र आणने
– माहिति आणि द्न्यानाचे जाळे तयार करून ग्रामिण विद्यर्थ्याना मदत आणि मार्गदर्शन करणे
– आदिवासी समाजा च्या उन्नति साठि कार्य करणारे वयक्तिक, समुह किवा सन्स्था याना एकत्र आणुन त्या उर्जेचा उपयोग आदिवासी विकासा साठि करने
– विद्यार्थ्या सोबत अनुभवान्चि देवान घेवाण करणे
– ग्रामिण विद्यार्थ्याना व्यावसाय आणि शिक्षणा साठि मार्गदर्शन आणि मदत करणे
– भविष्यातिल व्यवसाय/शिक्षणा मधिल स्पर्धेची ओळख करुन देणे
– ग्रामिण विद्यार्थ्याना आधुनिक तन्त्रद्न्यान आणि अधुनिकिकरण यान्चि ओळख करुण देने
– व्यावसायाच्या सन्धि आणि रोजगार या विषयी मार्गदर्शन करने
– सन्स्क्रुति आणि परपारिक कला या विषयी जागरुकता तयार करणे
– आदिवासी तरुणा मधे आत्मविश्वास जागवुन आत्मनिर्भर बणविने

० आपण कोणत्याहि राजकिय आणि सामाजिक सन्स्थेशी सलग्न नाहित
० आपण आपल्या वैक्तिक आणि व्यवसायिक पातळिवर यशस्वी आहोत, आणि आदिवासी तरुणाना मदत करन्यास उत्सुक आहोत
० आपण स्वतहः आणि दुसर्या अदिवासी ला पण यशस्वि केल्याचे व ते करण्या साठिचे प्रयत्न केल्याचे समाधान आहे
० आपण येथे आधुनिक तन्त्रद्न्यानचा उपयोग करुन आदिवसीना जोडतो आहोत
० आपण सध्या ठाणे ग्रामिण [ डहाणु, तलासरी, जव्हार, मोखाडा, विक्रमगड, पालघर, वाडा, वसइ] वर लक्ष केन्द्रित करतो आहोत. पण जर इत्तर ठिकाणाहुन प्रतिसाद मिळल्यास भारत भर कार्य करण्यास उत्सुक आहोत.
० आपणा कडून आण्खिन आदिवासी तरुणाना जोडन्यास आम्हि उत्सुक आहोत.
